If you require after-sales service, please provide the following details: contract number, problem description, problem photo, or drawing mark. Send this information to our dedicated after-sales email at services@clplaza.com.au.
Warranty Policy
Once a warranty claim is submitted, at our discretion, the defective parts will either be repaired or replaced. We retain the right to substitute defective parts with parts of equal or greater value.
Should a warranty claim be filed when the product is no longer available or has been discontinued, Clplaza will replace the affected component with a similar style replacement based on current availability at the time of the claim. The warranty period commences from the date of Clplaza's product delivery. The exact warranty duration should be confirmed with our Customer Service Representative (CSR).
